When you get a Flex email and outlook asks if you want to see it in a browser, outlook offers first internet explorer, if you select this the mail appears fine. The links to models other than the main 3d view do not become graphics embedded. If you then navigate to Flex Comms it doesn't work, just a blank screen

IE 11 can't be fully supported due to its age, but we do now present users with a more graceful 'fail' screen and provide the actions required to get up and running in a better supported browser
