Model processing reliability

A number of scenarios could cause issues with the Flex background model processor, causing models to fault, and therefore conversations to lose all link to the model.
Issues include:
* timeouts due to highly complex geometry / models (especially boolean operations)
* Unsupported IFC scenarios causing crashes. E.g. some IFC4 geometries & rogue exports
* Transient infrastructure issues.
We need to make the service more reliable, robust etc,
