Andy sent a Flex message to my xbim email address, the message says ‘Hi Kay’, but I can't see that she was sent this and as I don't see anything addressed to me I have no incentive to go and look at it in Flex. I'm more likely to delete it thinking it's not meant for me. It would be useful to see the other flex recipients - maybe as icons in the message header as in 2nd pic?)
I also might be involved in other Flex conversations about 'Room Data Sheets' and can't distinguish between the two.
18/5/ added another screenshot to show this issue - I can see 'Lynda Thompson' sent the Flex message, but not who else is being consulted.

Another screenshot added after talking this through with Martin - (pic 4) - it would be good if the recipients names were under "2 recipients" so you can see who's involved, but not their email addresses so you can email reply (appreciate we want them to go to Flex). I can't see their email via the tooltip in Outlook (as per Andy's note below) and their names would be enough (I guess assuming it knows the full name, not all email addresses allow that, they'd need to be an existing contact).

@Andy Ward should I add a new request for this comment content? It's not going to get addressed otherwise is it, because this item is 'live'?

We now show how many recipients the conversation was sent to, and a tooltip will list their email to quickly see them before opening any flex link.
(Note the tooltip may only display on some email clients)

suggest we put a simple link on there that says "See the other (5) recipients" which takes you to Flex comms site
