Support linking external documents to messages

Currently we support Uploading a document and linking by HTTP. it would be good to have native support for common file shares such as DropBox and OneDrive, so files can be easily linked and shared in a single step. i.e. don't need to copy the file, and we don't want to take extra steps to generate a shareable link.
The idea is this could be extended to a CDE linkage in future.
